I was disappointed with the service at this hotel. When I arrived, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, as there was hair all over the bed and the bathroom was in poor condition. I even had to change rooms because the first one was not cleaned, but the second room was hardly better, leading to a very uncomfortable experience.

That was newly renovated hotel set in safe area, not far from Fort Wayne as well as Chinese Restaurant. Everyone was affable as well as owner. The breakfast had variety of fresh food and drinks

Our hotel was in a comfortable location in the center of town. The venue staff was helpful and affable, not annoying. We loved rooms with sleeper sofa.
The staff we met were highly unprofessional.

The beautiful queen room was spacious and clean with comfy beds. There were cots available for extra sleeping space. The pool was nice. The workout room had some good equipment too, which I appreciated. Breakfast was the usual spread to get you started right.
